Winter Services

You’ll discover that we take great pride in giving our customers a safe winter environment with outstanding customer service.  We’ve been providing snow removal services for the last 7 years to our contract customers and we use the best anti-icing and de-icing products.

Our snow removal equipment includes: one F-250 with a Boss snowplow, two Bobcats, two Dingos and a snow blower. We use “Quad Release” for de-icing sidewalks and concrete areas, and rock salt for asphalt parking lots. We are one of the first landscapers in the Raleigh area to use “Brine” as an anti-icing agent.

Brine:

The application of salt brine before the snow begins (up to 24 hours before) helps prevent the bonding of snow and ice to pavements.

Because salt brine is evenly distributed over a parking lot surface, it takes six times less salt to treat a parking lot with brine than it does granular salt.

If it snows one inch or less, in most cases if a parking lot was treated with brine, no plowing or additional treatment would be needed.

Pre-treating parking lot surfaces with brine (anti-ice) is the most cost effective way to keep parking lots free from snow and ice.  One gallon of brine covers 1000 square feet of parking lot surface.

Snow Plowing:

Call Four Seasons Landscaping & Maintenance, Inc early in the winter season so you can be added to our snow removal contract list.  Once we reach capacity, all other snow removal service requests are completed after our contract customers have been serviced.
